Dennis Delane Malchow Obituary
Christian faith on September 8, 1935 by Rev. Martin Heinecker at Grace Lutheran
Church, Hebron, Nebraska.  He reaffirmed his faith through the rite of Lutheran
Church, Hebron, Nebraska.
Dennis was a 1953 graduate of the Hebron High School Hebron, Nebraska; a
1954 graduate of the C.E. School of Copmmerce Business College, Omaha,
Nebraska; and a 1957 graduate of the U.S. Army School of Finance, Ft, Harrison,
Indiana with the rank of SP5-E5.
He was a registered accountant for several firms through his career, residing in
Omaha, Nebraska; Ida Grove, Iowa and West Point, Nebraska.  He was most
recently assistant manager for the National Convenience Stores in Los Vegas,
Nevada.
He was hospitalized on October 30 and entered into his eternal home on
November 15, 1987 in Omaha, Nebraska, after a brief illness at the age of
fifty-two years, three months and nine days.
He was preceded in death by his father, Emil and infant brother, Marlowe.
Left to mourn his passing are his mother, Hilda Malchow of Hebron, Nebraska;
one son, Delane, two daughters, Glenda and Mrs. Paul (Debra) Pollak, all of
Omaha; one brother, Donald Bartels, Freeland, Washington, five sisters, Mrs.
Melvin (Lois) Kleen, Richmond, Indiana; Mrs. Irvin(Betty) Holtzen, Hastings,
Nebraska; Mrs. Gary (Clarice) Groeling, Littleton, Colorado; Arlyce Malchow,
Omaha, Nebraska, and Mrs LeRoy (LaVoris) Fischer, Colorado Springs,
Colorado, two grandchildren, Paul and Amanda Pollak, nieces, nephews and
other relatives and friends.
